INTERNATIONAL TOURISM TRAINING PROGRAMMES

International tourism training programmes are implemented by Republic of Turkey Ministry of Culture and Tourism towards personnel of related facilities in other countries in the field of accommodation and food&beverage services. Beside with improving the service quality and tourism consciousness of the personnel, it is also aimed with these trainings to exchange ideas and experiences and improve existing amicable relations between the countries in compliance with bilateral and multi-lateral agreements.

On the Job Training Programmes* are organized based upon the dialoging process on the dates, branches, numbers and other details of the training and an international training request sent through an official correspondence process of Ministries of Foreign Affairs. These trainings have been mostly organized with the cooperation of Turkish Cooperation and Coordination Agency (TIKA), universities and related tourism associations towards member states of Black Sea Economic Cooperation Organization (BSEC).

International Tourism Training Programmes are based on on-the-job training method. These programmes include below mentioned subjects about accommodation and food and beverage industries of tourism.

 5. Training of Trainers
 6. Personal Development Seminar
